What is included in the trip price?
Our trips, as shown in our website, include the following services:
• Lodging on double occupancy, in accommodations (**) or (***)
• Most meals: usually all breakfasts; meals and snacks during activities.
Please refer to each itinerary's specific description.
• Experienced local guides for each activity. A 1:6 guide/guest ratio
( max)
• All land transportation in private vehicles/ Optional.
• All National park/Private Estancias fees, when required
• Pre-departure information package
What
kind of shape do I need to be to enjoy my trip?
Our adventure trips, those that involve outdoor activities, are specially designed
so that everybody reasonably fit can enjoy them.
How
do your trip leaders support the routes?
The trip leader will be accompanying your party during all the scheduled activities.
Outdoor activities:
Birdwatching and fauna information an expert local guide will be leading the
group.
Caverna de las Brujas/Trekking / Rafting/ Kayaking: an expert local guide will
be leading the group.
Are
there trips my whole family can enjoy?
Most of our trips are designed so that the whole family can enjoy them. Most
activities are suitable for ages 12- 65. To determinate which is the best trip
for your family / party please contact one of our trip specialists.
How
far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend planning your trip at least 20 to 30 days in advance to assure
hotel availability in all locations.
Flexible
departures?
Yes, all of our trips are private. Of course, based on the trip you choose and
the included activities there will be some restrictions depending on the season,
weather, etc.
How
do I sign up for a trip? Is a deposit required? When is my balance due?
The first step is contacting us with the estimated dates for your trip. We will
confirm availability & departure dates within two business days.
In case of a custom trip, our trip specialists will work with you designing
an itinerary to meet your needs.
Once your itinerary is set, a 30 % per person deposit will be required in
order to confirm your reservation. Balance due 10 days before your trip starting
date. (Please refer to our Cancellation & refund policy for more information).
How
can I make my payment ?
Payments can be made through a wire transfer.
Does
Eco Puesto Adventures offers any kind of protection insurance?
We do not offer travel insurance. We strongly recommend you to purchase travel
insurance before leaving your country, to protect yourself against loss of baggage,
trip cancellation, non refundable airfare, or emergency medical expenses.
How
can I arrange my travel before and after my Eco Puesto Adventures trip?
We are tour operators specialized in the entire Cuyo territory ( Mendoza, San
Juan, SanLuis, La Rioja), and also for Buenos Aires. Let us know about your
travel plans and we will advice you about the possibilities for pre / post-trip
options, hotels and tours.
What
are standard accommodations on the Eco Puesto Adventures trips?
All of our trips include (double) lodging ( **) or (***), otherwise listed in
the itineraries. Sometimes, the remoteness of a given location, will reduce
our options in terms of lodging, in those cases, we will use the accommodations
available.
Can
I create a custom / private trip?
Of course you can! In fact custom trips are our specialty.

What
are the Eco Puesto Adventures limitations of Liability?

Once
I have booked my trip with Eco Puesto Adventures, when will I receive more detailed
information about my trip?
Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will send you our pre- departure
package, including the final itinerary of your trip, as well as general information
about the places you will be visiting ( passport/ visa requirements; packing
list; recommended literature, etc).
What
if I need to cancel my trip?
Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
What
will I need to bring?
In your pre-departure package you will find a detailed list of necessary personal
items.
