Cari-Lauquen

It used to be a fixed stop
of the old aborigines of the area, the “Puelches”.
They used the natural spring waters to give water to their animals before heading
for the pastures of the Cordillera.
Nowadays it is a fixed stop for those who want to know Laguna
de Llancanelo, one of the largest wetlands of the world, coming across Cari-Lauquen
on the way, where the lagoons formed by the spring waters still nestle its intact
fauna and put it within visitors’ reach, making this place a stop that
cannot be missed.
